    It is set to open a 180-room luxury resort in Mactan.

    A condotel will be the second resort facility to be managed by the Abaca Group, adding to the existing 30-room luxury resort currently operated at the Punta EngaƱo, Mactan Island.

    Abaca Group believes that Cebu should provide top-tier facilities to meet the demand from the growing number of affluent visitors, whether here for leisure or business travels.

    Abaca will manage the resort operation which is a resort and residential project, located in the beachfront property also on Mactan Island.
